Return & Refund Policy

Important: We require an unboxing video to process any claims for damaged or missing items.

1. Returns on Jewelry

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on Earrings once the seal is broken. Necklaces and other items can be returned within 7 days if they are unworn and in original packaging.

2. Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91-8218768602) within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Bank) within 3-5 business days.
